Ingredients
Carrots 3
Cream 1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon sugar
Mint leaves 3
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Preparation steps for carrot juice:
1. Wash carrots, cut and boil for 5 minutes, let cool.
2. Mix the carrots, sugar, lime juice, black pepper, and salt into the mixture and sift.
3. Serve in a glass, garnished cream and mint leaves.

Ingredients:
Lemon 4-5
1 cup sugar
Black salt 1 punch
Water 4-5 glass
Mint leaves (chopped) 1/2 bunch
crushed ice as needed
Instructions to prepare
1. In a blender put water.
2. Now remove the lemon seeds and squeeze the lemon juice into the blender.
3. Add sugar and mix well.
4. Now add crushed ice, chopped fresh mint leaves and mix again for a minute.
5. Now put more ice if necessary in serving glasses and put drink and garnish with mint leaves and sprinkle a pinch of black salt in each glass.
6. Serve cold.
Variation
Variations on this form of lemonade can be found in many countries. In Pakistan and India it is commonly known as "limbu paani" or "nimbu paani". The other variety of lemonade is "pink" and "frozen".
