🌷 Chicken Vegetable Noodles Recipe🌷
Kids love noodles, so here is a healthier chicken and vegetable noodle recipe for them. Your children would love to help you make delicious chicken noodles with vegetables.
Ingredients for stock
1/2 kg of chicken (with bones)
3 garlic cloves
5-6 black pepper
Salt to taste
1 small piece of ginger
Ingredients for noodles
2-pack of noodles
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons of chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon of vinegar
Salt to taste
1/2 cup chicken (grated)
1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
1/4 cup carrot (julienne)
1/4 cup green bell pepper (julienne)
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper (julienne)
1 cup chicken broth

In a saucepan add water, chicken, black pepper, ginger, and garlic.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. And your stock is ready.😃
Separate the broth for later use and crumble the chicken.
In another skillet, bring the water to a boil and cook the noodles until 80% ready.
In a frying pan add oil and sauté the garlic for a minute.
Then add the soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, black pepper, white pepper, salt, and chicken.
Then add carrots, bell peppers, and stock. Add the cooked noodles and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.
Your broth noodles are ready to serve.😍
Preparation time 15 minutes.
Cook time 30 minutes.
Serve 3-4 people.
