Today we are witnessing an overwhelming resurgence of Dadaism, a European avant-garde artistic movement in the early twentieth century.

The balance in art refers to the sense of distribution of the perceived visual weights that compensate each other. The balance is to match visual forces, or elements, in a work of art. If a work has visual balance, the viewer feels that the elements have been organized satisfactorily
Artists generally strive to create works of art that are balanced. A balanced work, in which the visual weight is distributed evenly in the composition, seems stable, makes the viewer feel comfortable and is pleasing to the eye. Unbalanced work seems unstable, creates tension and worries the viewer.

Art influences society by changing its mind, instilling values and translating experiences through space and time. Research has shown that art affects the fundamental sense of oneself. Painting, sculpture, music, literature and other arts are often considered the repository of the collective memory of a society.
The purpose of art is to produce thought. The secret is not the mechanical or technical skill that art creates, but the process of introspection and the different levels of contemplation that generate it. Art is a process, not a product. Art is a human act.Works of art can be to communicate political, spiritual or philosophical ideas, create a sense of beauty (see aesthetics), explore the nature of perception, for pleasure or generate strong emotions. Its purpose may also be apparently non-existent.
