Ingredients
๐5-6 potatoes (medium)
๐1/3 cup butter (melted)
๐1 cup of Parmesan cheese
๐1 cup breadcrumbs
๐1 tablespoon garlic powder
๐1 tablespoon of paprika powder
๐1 teaspoon of cumin
๐3 tablespoons of parsley (dry)
๐Salt to taste
๐1 teaspoon of black pepper
๐Oil for frying
๐Wooden skewers as required
Direction
Gently insert the wooden skewer into the potatoes and with a sharp knife cut in the opposite direction of the potato while rotating the skewer to spiral cut it.
Melt the butter and roll it well over the potatoes.
In a bowl mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and parsley.๐
Sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes and cover well.
In a preheated oven, bake the potatoes at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Their tornado potatoes are ready to serve.๐

๐1 and 1/2 tablespoons of cornmeal
๐1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
๐Salt to taste
๐Water as needed
๐Ingredients for the masala mixture:
๐2 teaspoons of Shan Chaat masala
๐1 and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
๐1/4 teaspoon of salt
๐2 teaspoons of red chili powder
๐2 teaspoons of cumin powder
๐1 and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Direction
Take a corn, cut it in two halves, then insert a toothpick according to the length of your corn.
Push it to one side and separate them from the corn.
In a bowl mix chaat masala, black pepper, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, and garlic powder.
Method one:๐
Marinate the corn chips for 15 to 20 minutes keeping them in the refrigerator.
In a frying pan heat the oil and fry the marinated corn.
Sprinkle a little mixed masala on top and serve.
Method two๐
Steam the french fries in a steamer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then drizzle the butter, masala, and a little lemon on top and serve.
