Tornado potato and Masala corn Fries Recipes

Ingredients
๐Ÿ‘‰5-6 potatoes (medium)
๐Ÿ‘‰1/3 cup butter (melted)
๐Ÿ‘‰1 cup of Parmesan cheese
๐Ÿ‘‰1 cup breadcrumbs
๐Ÿ‘‰1 tablespoon garlic powder
๐Ÿ‘‰1 tablespoon of paprika powder
๐Ÿ‘‰1 teaspoon of cumin
๐Ÿ‘‰3 tablespoons of parsley (dry)
๐Ÿ‘‰Salt to taste
๐Ÿ‘‰1 teaspoon of black pepper
๐Ÿ‘‰Oil for frying
๐Ÿ‘‰Wooden skewers as required

Direction
Gently insert the wooden skewer into the potatoes and with a sharp knife cut in the opposite direction of the potato while rotating the skewer to spiral cut it.

Melt the butter and roll it well over the potatoes.
In a bowl mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and parsley.๐Ÿ˜‹
Sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes and cover well.
In a preheated oven, bake the potatoes at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Their tornado potatoes are ready to serve.๐Ÿ˜Š

Ingredients
๐Ÿ‘‰2 corn
๐Ÿ‘‰1 and 1/2 tablespoons of cornmeal
๐Ÿ‘‰1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
๐Ÿ‘‰Salt to taste
๐Ÿ‘‰Water as needed
๐Ÿ‘‰Ingredients for the masala mixture:
๐Ÿ‘‰2 teaspoons of  Shan Chaat masala
๐Ÿ‘‰1 and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
๐Ÿ‘‰1/4 teaspoon of salt
๐Ÿ‘‰2 teaspoons of red chili powder
๐Ÿ‘‰2 teaspoons of cumin powder
๐Ÿ‘‰1 and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Direction
Take a corn, cut it in two halves, then insert a toothpick according to the length of your corn.
Push it to one side and separate them from the corn.
In a bowl mix chaat masala, black pepper, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, and garlic powder.

Marinate the corn chips for 15 to 20 minutes keeping them in the refrigerator.
In a frying pan heat the oil and fry the marinated corn.
Sprinkle a little mixed masala on top and serve.
Method two๐Ÿ˜Ž
Steam the french fries in a steamer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then drizzle the butter, masala, and a little lemon on top and serve.
