 Egg vegetable rice is a part of great nutritional value. Prepared with carrots, green onions, eggs, bell pepper, cabbage, potatoes, black pepper, salt, all mixed with boiled rice.  INGREDIENTS

• ½ cup carrot, finely chopped
• ½ cup green onion
• Onion ½ cup chopped
• Black pepper as much as you want
• Pepper ½ cup chopped
• Boiled rice 2 dishes
• Eggs 2
• Cabbage ½ cup chopped

 METHOD

  •  Chop all the vegetables well.
  •  Take two eggs and fry them in the pan.
  •  Add a little oil in the pan and add chopped vegetables and fry them for a short time.
  •  Add boiled rice and mix well.
  •  Sprinkle salt and pepper powder over quantity (as much as desired).
  •  Now add the cooked eggs and mix well.
  •  Ready to serve, serve with chicken wings, or any other Chinese dish.
